InLap started as a returns, exchanges and claims portal for a luxury footwear brand, and grew into a public app for premium fashion stores in the US and Europe.
Fast in, fast out.
We designed a brand inspired by vintage motorsport and a minimal interface built to feel fast, with a self-serve customer portal in six languages.
Merchants generate return labels in one click and release refunds only after items are received and inspected, while the flow steers customers toward exchanges.
